CONTENTS

This website is linked to a research project (1998-2000) based at Leeds Metropolitan University that investigated the ways in which knowledge of the principles of the Alexander Technique might inform good practice in the primary school. Although it is some time since the project was completed, the findings still remain pertinent today.
